A week of craziness

Last week was a week of craziness as we had many visitors and many exciting things happening. Of course it was Holy week and with it came many great blessings. This post will focus on Sunday through Wednesday with another post or two to cover the rest of the week.

Palm Sunday started of course with Mass and a fantastic homily. After mass we made a line for the airport as one of my bestest friends came to visit and meet her nephew. It was great to have Stephani here. It was awesome for me to see her with my son. It was quite special. I am also very excited as her third little one is due to arrive in just a few shorts months and we may just have to work on some match making. How awesome it would be to truly be related. However, we are family regardless of happens. She is a sister I never had and I love her and her family. Here are a few pictures to go with her time here.

Jonathan chilling with Auntie Stephani (not to be pronounced antie)

Ahh, how cute are we. Gotta love this picture.

A friend sent us this giraffe. It is the greatest thing. Jonathan loves to lay on it and kick away. It is also great for tummy time.

Isn't he just the cutest ever. He was looking at me and Auntie Stephani was taking a picture. It was a moment where he was still. These moments do not happen all that often.
Apparently he just played too hard. He is out cold. I will say that he also loves his bouncy seat. I think this is one of the best inventions ever.
Had to grab a close up shot to get how the pacifier is hanging out of his mouth. We don't give it to him too often, but this picture just couldn't be passed up.

Bath time is a treat. Jonathan loves the water and enjoys kicking and having water dumped over his head. We were glad to see this because it meant his Baptism should be a breeze.

All done with bathtime now time to get dressed. I love the hoody towels they are so awesome.

A full baby is a happy baby. How cute they are when they are sleeping.

Of course you have to do a close up shot so you can see the wide open mouth. He doesn't breathe through his mouth, but he does love to sleep with it hanging open. As you can see it is rather adorable. Aparently Auntie Stephani thought so too, because she took the picture.

I have to thank Stephani for the photos because they were all taken on her camara. It was such a treat to have her here. We enjoyed every minute we had and now we have orders to stop by there when we move so Uncle Rick can meet our little angel. Unfortunately time is never long enough and Auntie Stephanie had to leave on Wednesday, but her leaving brought Grandma and Grandpa to our house. We will share that information and pictures in the next post.
